Fr. Richard C. Breitbach
December 10, 1935 - February 10, 2026
Fr. Richard C. Breitbach was called to Eternal Life on February 10, 2026. He was appointed as Pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in June 1999 and was additionally assigned to St. Lawrence Parish in June 2002, He retired from active ministry in June 2005. Fr. Breitbach's funeral Mass was held on February 28, 2026, with 17 priests in attendance, including Archbishop Jeffrey S. Grob and Bishop Jeffrey Haines. Also present were Fr. Jonathon Schmeckel and Fr. Richard Stoffel, who gave the homily.
